A widely circulated story is about a settlement within the Oranjia Tribe called the Drama Club. Most members had no acting background, but under the guidance of celebrated actress Xu Songzi, they successfully adapted the world classic "Resurrection" into a stage play. It was subsequently performed at Beijing Poly Theatre, Tianjin Grand Theatre, and Henan Art Center. Xu Songzi wrote that, "Our dream has been realized here."
Looking at the Oranjia Tribe's happiness system, as discussions around its replicability continue, it has gradually evolved into a model of values-based marketing. Since China's reform and opening up, the economy has developed rapidly, while cultural development has lagged relatively behind, leaving the sense of well-being among some citizens less than ideal. To solve this issue, building humanistic values and establishing new values are fundamental to improving people’s sense of happiness. Such new values require a model to be realized, and the Oranjia Tribe’s happiness system is one such powerful tool. In the vision of the Oranjia Tribe, the “Chinese Dream” belongs to every individual—each person realizing their own “small dream,” and then collectively achieving the communal “settlement dream,” leads to the great “Chinese Dream.” In the process of pursuing these dreams, they are not only forging paths to personal success but also marking exploratory signposts for the industry.
