Special train heads to Taihang to discover stunning Baoquan
On May 17 at 1:00 PM, more than 20 buses entered Henan's Baoquan Scenic Area, where the Taohuaping parking lot erupted in drums and gongs to welcome over a thousand tourists from Hubei arriving on the "Xinxiang·Baoquan" tourist special train. At Baoquan Scenic Area, visitors will experience the charm of emerald waters and Danxia mountains as well as the awe-inspiring impact of the largest waterfall group in the Central Plains.
During the welcome ceremony held for "Xinxiang·Baoquan" tourists, Zhang Ziqiang, executive vice president of Baoquan Scenic Area, first extended a warm welcome to the visitors from Hubei. He said that Baoquan boasts not only beautiful mountains and waters but also warm-hearted people. With over ten thousand tourists visiting Baoquan today, he hopes everyone can appreciate the unique scenery of the Taihang Mountains, feel the sincerity and enthusiasm of the Baoquan people, and create beautiful travel memories. He also invited everyone to return during the Dragon Boat Festival this year to participate in the inaugural Baoquan Dragon Boat Race.
The launch of this "Xinxiang·Baoquan" tourist special train marks a milestone move as Baoquan Scenic Area fully enters the Hubei market. During this season of moderate temperatures and peak scenic beauty, Baoquan Scenic Area, in collaboration with Yong'an International Travel Agency, introduced a special train tourism product that attracted over ten thousand tourists from Hubei. Fang, head of Yong'an International Travel Agency, stated that there are already plans in place for three more "Baoquan" tourist special trains and "Baoquan" bus convoys within the year, expected to bring over 20,000 travelers from Hubei to witness the emerald waters and Danxia landscapes of Baoquan.
