Following Kaiyuan’s official signing of the acquisition of Chateau Peyrau in Bordeaux, France on December 19 of last year, the first batch of six new wine varieties from Chateau Peyrau in France — Peyrau Estate White Wine, Peyrau Estate Rosé Wine, Peyrau Estate Red Wine, Peyrau Estate Sweet White Wine, Peyrau · Cadillac Estate Red Wine, and Peyrau · Le Faisceau Estate Red Wine, totaling 45,000 bottles — set off from the Port of Marseille, France. After a one-and-a-half-month journey covering 15,000 nautical miles, they arrived at Ningbo Port in China in early April this year. These wines cleared customs inspection at the end of April and were officially distributed in May to various Kaiyuan hotels, shopping malls, and property communities, as well as sold nationwide through dealer channels.
On the evening of May 25, as soon as the guests arrived at the wine launch, they were struck by several large images on both sides of the corridor. The designs of the six new wines from Chateau Peyrau were magnificently displayed, and the elegant and classy bottle designs prompted many guests to take photos with them. Tall and graceful hostesses had already stepped forward to guide the guests into the pre-dinner reception. Authentic French baguettes, dried fruits, and cookies, paired with Peyrau Estate Rosé Wine as an aperitif, immersed the guests in French warmth and romance. At 6 p.m., as the tall and handsome banquet maître d’ rang the opening bell, guests slowly entered the Kaiyuan Hall to the soft music, and the official launch of the Chateau Peyrau de France Wine by Kaiyuan began.
With graceful movements, elegant dance steps, fluid spins, and soothing melodies, four beautiful girls as lovely as white swans danced to a lively and playful ballet tune, kicking off the wine launch in a joyful atmosphere. A five-minute video introduced the long history of Chateau Peyrau, its beautiful castle, and the knowledge of wine-making. Then, Mr. Chen Miaolin, owner and manager of Chateau Peyrau de France by Kaiyuan, delivered an important speech. He briefly reviewed the process of Kaiyuan’s acquisition of Chateau Peyrau, pointing out that the chateau has a long history, distinctive architecture, and excellent wine quality — all key factors in Kaiyuan’s decision to acquire it. Mr. Chen noted that after acquiring the chateau, Kaiyuan retained all the original staff, which is a crucial guarantee for maintaining wine quality. Kaiyuan will also increase investment to improve soil fertility and grape varieties, aiming to further elevate the wine quality. Additionally, Kaiyuan plans to invest about 5 million yuan to renovate the chateau, and is considering launching a Bordeaux wine tour in the future to receive domestic wine merchants and in-depth travelers. Internally, Kaiyuan will implement effective management measures and sales channel strategies to ensure more people can enjoy the high-quality wines from Chateau Peyrau. Finally, on behalf of Chateau Peyrau de France by Kaiyuan, Mr. Chen raised a glass of wine with the guests to celebrate the arrival of the six new wines in China and wished the rest of the launch a smooth success.

Next to take the stage was the former owner of Chateau Peyrau Eric Fournier , along with his son, the chateau’s winemaker, Arthur Fournier. Mr. Arthur Fournier was the main speaker of the launch. He first introduced the Peyrau Estate Rosé Wine and Peyrau Estate White Wine. Covering grape varieties, brewing processes, storage barrels, wine aromas, colors, and food pairings, he shared expert insights to educate the audience on wine knowledge. Following this, two models adorned with uniquely designed floral wings made a stunning entrance. Holding the Peyrau Estate Rosé and White Wines just introduced by Mr. Fournier, they elegantly walked the runway, showcasing the packaging design and vibrant colors of the two wines from all angles. Finally, the two beautiful models descended from the runway to pour and toast for the distinguished guests, allowing attendees an up-close experience of the charm of Peyrau wine with their skilled movements and refined demeanor. The floral arrangements for the model fashion show were masterfully crafted by Xu Guobao, the "Kaiyuan National Treasure" florist from Shaoxing Kaiyuan Mingdu Hotel. Beauty, flowers, and fine wine symbolized how Peyrau wines would bloom vibrantly across China, just like the flowers.
