Nanjing, June 25, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- On June 5, 2015, Tuniu International held a corporate customer travel exchange event themed "Win-Win for Winners, Journeying with the Wise" in Nanjing. Representatives from dozens of corporate clients in East China were invited to attend. This marks another ground promotion event for Tuniu International’s travel management services this year, following similar events in Guangzhou and Beijing. The event received sponsorship support from several airlines, with representatives from Cathay Dragon and China Southern Airlines attending the exchange on-site.

During the exchange, Tuniu International officials shared with the attending client representatives the essence of TMC (corporate travel management). Using real data examples, they demonstrated how implementing travel management can help companies reduce travel costs and improve travel efficiency. They also introduced the upcoming expense management system within Tuniu International’s new travel management cloud platform, which garnered significant interest from both new and existing clients. As the travel management industry evolves, the focus for corporate expense management has shifted from merely reducing travel costs to enhancing overall expense management capabilities. Tuniu International’s expense management system addresses key corporate challenges in expense management through five core features: mobile app functionality, digitalized processes, automated/manual compliance checks, integration with travel booking data, and data analysis. These features help companies improve efficiency, strengthen management capabilities, and reduce costs. In addition, Tuniu International engaged with clients on emerging hot topics such as "Internet Plus" and "cross-border e-commerce." By combining current market trends, they vividly conveyed Tuniu International’s strategic direction and future plans for “Travel × Internet × Finance,” showcasing the company’s diversified business model, which was well-received by the attending corporate client representatives.

Through mergers and acquisitions, Tuniu International has established a nationwide presence, currently operating over 20 subsidiaries and branches across the country. In the next three years, the company plans to set up more than 20 additional operation service centers, ultimately forming an offline service network spanning seven major regions: Northeast, North China, Northwest, Central China, East China, Southwest, and South China. Leveraging its national network, Tuniu International carries out a series of ground-based activities to promote its travel management services and travel management cloud platform on-site. More importantly, these efforts allow the company to gain firsthand insight into the real needs of corporate travel clients, thereby refining its operational network, enhancing the user experience of its systems, and strengthening customer loyalty. With the launch of the travel management cloud platform project, Tuniu International has added expense management services and compliance management to its existing travel management system platform. This move integrates previously separate travel services with financial support services, enhancing the company’s comprehensive service capabilities for corporate travel management. Tuniu International has now accumulated more than 3,000 corporate clients. The large volume of travel data, combined with the application of the new system and the expanded coverage of ground services, will deliver even greater value to clients.
