The Lhasa Tourism Photography Contest will be held from June 24 to September 24. Leveraging the cameras of photography enthusiasts and tourists, the event aims to capture the unique cultural and natural landscapes of Lhasa, presenting its natural beauty, folk culture, historical charm, and urban development achievements in a comprehensive, profound, and vivid way. The “2015 Lhasa Tourism Photo Collection Contest” features four categories: cultural landscapes, natural scenery, Lhasa close-ups, and candid shots. Awards include one first prize, one second prize, one third prize, and 127 excellence awards. The contest has also invited a panel of experts and scholars from the Tibet Photographers Association and other domestic and international institutions to serve as judges, ensuring the event's professionalism, fairness, openness, and impartiality.
