On August 31, AfterShokz (Shokz) held a new product media briefing in Beijing. At the event, Shokz Technology, the world's leading manufacturer of bone conduction headphones, announced that its latest bone conduction sports headphones, the AfterShokz Bluez 2S, will officially go on sale at the official Tmall flagship store (AfterShokz.tmall.com) in September, with JD.com and Amazon to follow shortly after.
At the media briefing, Yang Yun also announced that the first product in AfterShokz’s other series, Trekz— the Trekz Titanium — launched on IndieGoGo, one of the largest crowdfunding platforms in the U.S., and reached hundreds of thousands of dollars in pledges within just two days, generating an extremely enthusiastic response. The Trekz Titanium is expected to ship by the end of the year and, once launched, will complement the Bluez 2S at different price points, making it easier for outdoor sports enthusiasts to find a product that suits their needs.
