2018Year9Month20Day, China, Beijing ――Yesterday, the Tourism Board of British Columbia, Canada (referred to as “BCthe Province”) joined hands with Destination Canada and Travel Alberta to jointly exhibit at the China (Beijing) International Winter Sports Expo (2018International Winter Sports (Beijing) Expo (World Winter Sports Expo, referred to as the “Winter Expo”). This marks the first appearance of Canadian tourism organizations at the expo since its inception in2016. The Winter Expo is being held at the China National Convention Center in Beijing over a four-day period, with an expected participation of600brands and attracting around15visitors.

As one of the world’s largest and most authoritative exhibitions in the ice and snow industry, the Winter Expo provides a premium platform for global winter sports and significantly boosts the development of the worldwide winter sports industry chain.BCThe Tourism Board aims to vigorously promote the destination’s winter tourism resources and attract more Chinese travelers to Canada by participating in this high-level professional exhibition.
