About BanffChina
Banff China is a professional organization dedicated to promoting outdoor and adventure documentaries and lifestyle. It was founded by Ms. Qian Haiying in 2010. Banff China’s film festival and exhibition projects include: the China Tour of the Banff Mountain Film and Book Festival World Tour, the Hot Snow Image Festival, the InternationalOceanFilm Festival, China Outdoor Film Project, Sunshine Running Film Festival, Banff Outdoor Training Camp, and more.
In May this year, Banff China successfully held the Banff Outdoor Carnival at Sanlitun Soho in Beijing, showcasing the outdoor lifestyle to more domestic audiences through experiential activities and demonstrations by outdoor personalities. This also served as the prototype for the new format of the 2015 Hot Snow Image Festival.
