On April 6, 2015, South Korea’s top outdoor brand KOLON SPORT (Kolon) announced the official launch of China’s KOLON Mountaineering School, marking the 30th anniversary of the founding of KOLON ALPINE SCHOOL.
The establishment of KOLON Mountaineering School integrates Korea’s advanced and systematic outdoor education experience with China’s superior natural environment. Throughout its first year of operation, China’s KOLON Mountaineering School maintained a humble attitude, consistently listening to feedback from outdoor experts and students alike. In November 2015, the most authoritative China-Korea Rock Climbing Exchange Conference successfully concluded in Yangshuo, Guangxi, providing yet another round of professional training and self-improvement for expert instructor teams from both China and Korea.
