On December 10, the Channel 5 Running Plan Forum, hosted by Channel 5, co-organized by Yike Talks, and produced by Huayi Pioneer, was successfully held at the One Season Fitness Training Center in Beijing.

This issue of the forum is the third stop of the Channel 5 Sports Series Forum, with the theme “Running Plan.” The forum invited well-known athletes, running experts, frontline operators in the running industry, and running culture creatives to discuss the art of running planning from their respective perspectives—how to run farther, healthier, and more wonderfully. China’s running boom has just begun, and its running community is taking shape. The Channel 5 Running Plan Forum aims to deliver rational, forward-looking insights and suggestions to help runners manage their athletic lives.
