Alpitec China is China’s only dedicated B2B international exhibition for mountain and winter sports equipment and machinery, attracting the industry’s most important companies to showcase their latest technological products. The event is organized by Messe München from Germany in collaboration with ISPO Beijing, the International Trade Fair for Sports Equipment, Fashion & Lifestyle, and will be jointly held from February 24 to 27, 2016, at the China National Convention Center (CNCC) in Beijing.

This not only fosters long-term cooperation and development in China but also serves as a prerequisite for the successful hosting of the 8th edition of the Alpitec China, the International Exhibition for Mountain and Winter Sports Equipment and Machinery.
In 2015, a total of 30,000 visitors from various countries and regions attended this unique business platform for snow sports in China. It provided professional trade audiences with insight into the latest trends in winter-related equipment and technology, and full access to winter technology operators, as well as investors, owners, and managers of ski resorts, ski service centers and equipment rental businesses, winter sports clubs and associations, ski schools and instructors, public institutions, and travel agencies.

For China’s more than 200 existing ski resorts, Alpitec China provides a unique showcase space for professionals, offering cutting-edge technology, equipment, and insights into the latest industry trends, enabling them to effectively enhance the technical facilities and service quality of their slopes. In addition, through information exchange — such as the concurrently held Asia Pacific Snow Conference — there is an opportunity for technical knowledge sharing with traditional Alpine winter resorts. In 2016, the Asia Pacific Snow Conference will officially open on the second day of the Alpitec China Winter Expo, focusing on finding optimal solutions for China’s skiing industry and winter Olympic ski resorts.
