A YouTube video about the completion of Barcelona’s Sagrada Famíliavideois truly breathtaking. Through 3D imagery, travelers can visualize the completed form of the structure that has been under construction for decades—although the real finish is still targeted for around 2026.

This world-famous landmark, though unfinished, has attracted 3 million visitors annually on a pilgrimage since construction began in 1882. The YouTube video showcases the building’s full decorative details—lavish and intricate. The four domes sit at around 40 meters high, connected by corridors and walls, while the massive central tower rises approximately 170 meters, with a figure of Jesus on the central cross flanked by four towering spires.

Gaudí viewed the construction of the Sagrada Família as a sacred mission. In addition to contributing his own money, he spent many years seeking donations. By the time of his death, only a small portion had been completed. Now, over 100 years later, as the completion date draws nearer, travelers are eagerly anticipating the day the Sagrada Família is finished.

Located in Barcelona, Spain, the Sagrada Família was designed by the legendary architect Antoni Gaudí and construction began in 1882. For over a century, it has been funded through private donations and tourism revenue. It is reported that the current annual maintenance and construction costs amount to around 25 million euros (approximately 880 million TWD).
