Savor world “Guinness” cuisine — Golden Lake’s hundred-pot fish feast will satisfy your appetite, and the first-ever roasted whole ox is freshly served. The Golden Lake hundred-pot stewed fish, which broke a Guinness World Record, will meet numerous food enthusiasts during the Mid-Autumn Festival at the Flower Village in Golden Lake. Together, you can taste the pure Golden Lake fish cooked in a hundred large pots and witness the “Guinness record” in the culinary world. This event is organized by the International Cuisine Committee of the China Cuisine Association, certified by the World Record Association, and led by Chinese Master Chef Bai Xuebin, along with his 10 accomplished disciples. They will cook fish simultaneously in a hundred large cooking pots, each with a diameter of over 0.7 meters and a depth of 0.4 meters, aiming to set a World Record Association title for the “world’s largest fish-cooking banquet.” The fish used are the locally famous wild Golden Lake flower carp, stewed to delicious perfection with a unique flavor. There will also be the first roasted whole ox in Golden Lake, with all the premium Angus beef sourced from Inner Mongolia to ensure ultimate freshness. Over a thousand pounds of Inner Mongolian Angus beef are carefully marinated and then slow-roasted for eight hours, resulting in an aroma that is rich and inviting, with a texture that is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside — truly delicious!
