The 2016 International (Hangzhou) YiXing Festival will commence at the South Square of the Qianjiang New City Civic Center on October 29, 2016. As the official designated video and live streaming operator, EZVIZ will record all the exciting moments of the participants throughout their YiXing journey.
The YiXing activity originated in Hong Kong as a voluntary hiking event organized by charitable institutions for the general public. As an annual major mass sports event in Hangzhou, this year’s International (Hangzhou) YiXing Festival will return under the theme of“"Hangzhou Walking with the World,"”which saw unprecedented enthusiasm upon the opening of registration. The event’s official website surpassed one million page views, and all available spots were filled within just a few hours. EZVIZ, as the video and live streaming operator for the festival, still has a limited number of YiXing slots available. Fans of EZVIZ who love endurance walking can immediately visit the EZVIZ official website to sign up.
This year’s YiXing route has been optimized and adjusted. While retaining the classic routes, it also includes more of Hangzhou’s new urban landscapes, showcasing the city’s most beautiful scenery along the entire course. The starting point remains the same as in previous years—at the South Square of the Qianjiang New City Civic Center—and the route will take participants across six of Hangzhou’s major bridges, offering stunning views of the river. The finish lines for the 5 km and 15 km routes will be at the Hangzhou International Expo Center, the site of the G20 Summit, while the 30 km and 50 km routeswillconclude at the Xianghu Lakeside Square. All four categories of the race will pass through the “Most Beautiful Running Track in Hangzhou,” with some sections going through the 2,280-acre Most Beautiful Flower Field in Hangzhou. EZVIZ Live will set up 10 live streaming points and several video capture points along the various routes, broadcasting the entire YiXing Festival live and documenting the remarkable moments of the participants. On October 29, no matter which segment you’re following or where you are, simply open the EZVIZ Cloud Video app, and EZVIZ’s lenses will accompany you every step of the way.
In addition, this year’s International (Hangzhou) YiXing Festival has launched an international strategy, using Hangzhou as its hub to actively promote YiXing in fifteen countries and regions around the world, showcasing the international quality of life in Hangzhou. To date, YiXing events have been held in Fukui, Japan; Botswana, Africa; Christchurch, New Zealand; Melbourne, Australia; Hanoi, Vietnam, and other locations.
