In the summer of 2016, as the first Chinese surfer to compete in Japan, she took part in the Tokyo Governor’s Cup Surfing Competition and won the women’s longboard title. In the finals of the 2016 China Surfing Tour, she claimed the women’s longboard championship, and also earned second place at the 2016 WSL Jeep Asia Cup Surfing Championship, earning a wildcard entry into the 2016 World Longboard Surfing Championship. With both talent and a sexy look, she is hailed as “China’s surfing goddess” in the surfing community.
