This scientifically structured program will systematically teach sports knowledge, helping enthusiasts improve performance and enjoy the endless fun of outdoor activities. The Garmin Professional Sports Knowledge Lecture Series is divided into three major classes: Triathlon Class, Outdoor Class, and Trail Running Class, held across nine cities nationwide. The lecturers include triathlon expert Xu Guofeng, outdoor expert Chu Mingsheng, and trail running expert Huang Zonghua, who will share expert knowledge on triathlon sports (swimming, cycling, running), hiking, mountaineering, and other outdoor activities. The goal is to help sports enthusiasts exercise in a more scientific way, prevent injuries, and maximize their potential. The Shanghai class will be led by Instructor Chu Mingsheng, who will discuss the principles behind GPS usage and how to apply GPS in outdoor sports.

 

Outdoor Lecturer – Chu Mingsheng

He was the spokesperson for the 2011 New Taipei City Mountain Hiking and Hiking Festival and is also known as the "father of cycling routes." The Mark Zhu Studio website he founded is Taiwan’s leading database for cycling GPS routes. He is passionate about cycling, mountain climbing, and stream tracing, and has created a diverse range of outdoor trip records. He has compiled a series of GPS teaching materials to serve as guides for others, hoping to share related knowledge through GPS courses to enhance convenience and safety in outdoor activities.
