Regardingueli’s passing, how do you view her accident?

I felt deeply saddened. Her family were all very good friends of mine. She was someone who strived for perfection, held herself to extremely high standards, and was overly dedicated to both the process and the outcome. 2017-2018this year, do you have any new goals or climbing plans for yourself?Throughout your climbing career, what kind of challenges have you faced? How did you deal with these challenges?

Next week I’ll be going to South Africa to climb a big wall with my friends — it’s going to be a fun trip. In the summer I’ll head to Patagonia, which will be winter there. Then I’ll start planning my18climbing trip to China.Actually, I haven’t faced too many challenges. I’m a very positive person. If I fail on a particular route, I’ll want to find a new route or a new way to reach the summit. I don’t have negative or defeatist thoughts.Your climbing partners are very important. Li Zan. I usually choose to climb with people I know well, but I might meet many Chinese climbing enthusiasts in the future and pursue climbing dreams together with them.
