1. Hsu’s Steamed Dumplings
Established in 1986, Hsu’s Steamed Dumplings is located on the corner near Kaohsiung Railway Station. All their pasta dishes are handmade, freshly cut, and rolled on-site. Their signature steamed dumplings feature thin wrappers, generous fillings, and delicate seasoning.
