To keep things fresh and exciting, the shop now offers bursting egg tarts with various fillings, featuring a wide range of flavors,including red bean, butter, taro, chocolate, cheese, blueberry, and even the currently popular matcha. You can mix and match any two of the seven flavors,and four bursting egg tarts are only NT$25!

Compared to traditional flavors, the King Egg Tarts have a denser texture that doesn’t feel empty when you bite into them. When freshly baked, the crust is slightly crispy and packed with aroma. The fillings are very generous—just one bite releases a burst of juicy filling, so be careful as it can be hot. Aside from being delicious, the owner of King Egg Tarts also has an international outlook—the molds feature the Chinese character “福” (fortune) on one side and “LUCK” on the other. When they come out of the oven, you get these beautifully edged fortune-filled egg tarts.
