The building site is situated on a terrace that rises gradually upward from Fugia Stream. The house design features two stacked rectangular boxes offset vertically, with a maximum height of two stories to minimize the visual impact on the landscape. Additionally, the roof follows the natural slope of the terraced land at both ends, forming a subtle single-pitched design.
