A Rare Sight: Vast Lupine Flower Sea in Full Bloom at Fushoushan Farm

Located in Taichung, Fushoushan Farm experiences different floral seasons throughout the year. From May to June each year, in addition to blooming apple blossoms, the farm is also adorned with lupines, displaying a dazzling array of colorful blooms that attract many visitors.

Lupines symbolize maternal love. With their vibrant colors and upright, dignified posture, they typically grow between 0.5 to 1.5 meters tall, creating a beautiful and moving sight. This year, the lupine bloom is particularly splendid, with the optimal viewing period being from May to early June.

Native to Southern Europe, lupines have been cultivated in recent years into new varieties featuring pink, purple, and white hues. When they bloom across the mountains and fields, the display is incredibly stunning. The lupines planted at Fushoushan Farm thrive particularly well in the temperate climate.
