The newly opened ice cream shop “The Seaside” in Taichung this summer quickly became an Instagram sensation with its dreamy ocean-themed “Whale Shark Soft Serve,” but the store suddenly announced on the evening of the 17th that it would permanently close, shocking many netizens who had yet to visit.

“The Seaside” is an ice cream shop infused with a strong ocean vibe. Its most popular items are the dreamy Whale Shark Soft Serve and the Azure Ocean Bubble Drink.
