A dreamy afternoon tea café surrounded by flowers has emerged in Kaohsiung. CandyFloss Flower&Caf'e has created a restaurant that combines French pastries, beverages, and floral art. The 70-ping space features a flower greenhouse, a dessert kitchen, a dining area, and the most attention-grabbing large carousel.
