Beyond brewing methods and bean origins, a new trend is "nitrogen coffee" infused with nitrogen. It looks like draft beer, with an extra layer of tiny bubbles that create distinct layers, making the coffee smoother and creamier.

Starbucks Longmen New Concept Store offers a completely new coffee experience, featuring pour-over coffee, nitrogen cold brew, and more. In the afternoon, it also serves alcoholic beverages such as sparkling wine, red wine, and coffee craft beer, creating a cozy atmosphere for light drinking. Its signature Nitrogen Cold Brew has a creamy texture akin to butter, resulting in a naturally sweet and smooth taste.
