Starbucks serves up cold udon noodles in summer new arrivals, with eye-catching tumblers

To welcome early summer, renowned coffee brand Starbucks has rolled out a fresh lineup of summer new products. In addition to launching a vibrant array of tumblers and insulated bottles full of summer vibes, the brand has also introduced two brand-new icy beverages designed to beat the heat, including the elegant “Matcha Cheesecake Frappuccino” and the stylish “Midnight Mocha Frappuccino.” Additionally, alongside these new drinks, Starbucks has also created a rare selection of noodle-based offerings this time, including “Fried Chicken Yuba Udon Cold Noodles,” which boast a unique flavor that has particularly intrigued netizens.

The “Matcha Cheesecake Frappuccino” draws inspiration from the world-famous dessert tiramisu, blending matcha powder, cheesecake powder, and milk to create a delicious taste reminiscent of matcha cheesecake. The rich dark chocolate and bittersweet notes of black cocoa powder are fused with Starbucks coffee in the “Midnight Mocha Frappuccino,” whose striking black-and-white design and fashionable look present a uniquely personality-packed summer flavor both visually and gustatorily.

Pastry and noodle items are among the highlights of Starbucks’ new offerings this season. The all-new “Fried Chicken Yuba Udon Cold Noodles” combine Kyoto yuba (tofu skin) from Japan with crispy fried chicken chunks, a variety of chopped scallions, iceberg lettuce, shredded radish, and other vegetables, mixed together with wasabi-flavored Japanese sauce and Japanese-style udon cold noodles to deliver a refreshing taste beloved as a summer favorite.

The “Matcha Chiffon Cake” incorporates the uniquely special flavor of Japanese matcha into a moist and springy chiffon cake, paired with a creamy filling in the middle. Its adorable appearance resembles a miniature green Mount Fuji.

This time, Starbucks has also gone all out on its new series of cup designs, incorporating bold and colorful street graffiti art into tumblers to bring the exuberant feeling of summer sunshine.
