Using locally sourced Taiwanese brown sugar and a unique “sugar-stirring” technique, the drink is simmered with chewy pearls, giving the boba a rich aroma and excellent texture. Paired with creamy fresh milk, it delivers a feast for both the taste buds and the eyes that’s truly unforgettable.

After Tiger Sugar opened in Taichung, the fame of its thick brown sugar boba fresh milk spread far and wide, sparking a buying craze online. Long queues became the norm, with waits of over an hour and a half on weekends and steady crowds even on weekdays. Now, as Tiger Sugar expands into Hong Kong, its first store will open in the lively district of Causeway Bay, and it’s expected to attract large crowds of eager fans.
