3. Zizajiao Tile-Pond Salt Fields
The Beimen Zizajiao Tile-Pond Salt Fields are the oldest surviving tile-pond salt fields, entirely made up of tile ponds, presenting a mosaic-like artistic beauty. It has become the most distinctive scenic spot along Tainan’s coast, and the annual New Year’s Eve trilogy — the first part being the Sunset Send-off event — always draws huge crowds.

4. Laotanghu Art Village
Located in Xuejia District, Laotanghu Art Village exudes the rustic and elegant vibe of 1950s rural life, coupled with poetic lake and water scenery that resembles a beautiful traditional Chinese painting. The village blends elements such as antique-style red-brick buildings, Minnan-style architecture, and Mongolian steppe influences. The popular TV drama "Spring Flower" was also filmed here, turning this classic art village into a hot Instagram location.
