The brand’s signature “Gyukaku Jisanbo N<”分量十分惊人，牛角次男坊N<选用上等原片牛五花直火烧肉，搭配牛角特制秘传酱汁，满满的牛五花肉片堆叠高度达20公分，米饭与牛肉都是各重250公克，售价220元。

Yamagata<的“玫瑰和牛N<”
A fusion of Japanese-style N<饭和洋食料理手法的创意料理，由和牛肉片一层层的堆叠上去，其实外观就像火山，并且还在最上面打上一颗生蛋黄，弄破以后搭配酱汁淋在白饭上，就像火山喷发一样。
