This year, the ultra-luxury cruise line Silversea has specially launched the top-tier interactive culinary academy “L'École des Chefs.” World-renowned chefs from prestigious establishments, many award-winning, will showcase their exceptional culinary talents on this one-of-a-kind gourmet-themed cruise. These include internationally acclaimed chefs from Relais & Châteaux, a collection that represents excellence and refinement in fine dining, offering passengers an extraordinary culinary journey.

The “Gourmet Nation of Relais & Châteaux” cruise journey will focus on the cuisines of European countries, enriching passengers’ stylish lifestyle experiences and blending travel with learning. During the culinary voyage, master chefs will demonstrate their skills through vibrant and informative cooking shows. Passengers can not only savor the delicacies but also learn the secrets behind these exquisite dishes.
