Starting now at the 46th-floor rooftop restaurant Top of ONE, foreign executive chef Nicholas Pena-Alvarez showcases his ingenuity with an astonishing combination of grain-fed USDA Prime grade steak, imported French foie gras, specially prepared black truffle mayonnaise, a generous amount of fresh crisp vegetables, and Parmesan cheese bread — treating gourmands to the most luxurious flavors.

Standing at a towering 12cm, this premium steak burger features a whole 6-ounce Prime-grade beef tenderloin as the star, grilled to perfectly seal in the juicy sweetness. It includes seared golden French foie gras, topped with slices of black truffle, white truffle oil, crispy fried onion rings, fresh lettuce, and tomato. The explosive combination of all these premium ingredients delivers a tender and delicious texture — a must-try delicacy for food connoisseurs.
In addition to its impressive size and height, the premium steak burger also comes with an equally impressive price tag: NT$1,400 + 10%.
