Among the classic dishes not to be missed in this gastronomy theme, reflecting the recent FIFA World Cup fever, the chef has kept six classic national-style burgers that performed exceptionally well: Uruguay: Mozzarella Beef Burger, rich melted cheese paired with thick beef patties; France: Grilled Onion Beef Burger with Foie Gras and Fries, featuring a beef burger topped with traditional French foie gras and served with crispy fries; England: Crispy Fish Burger with Tartar Sauce and Grilled Potatoes, based on a crispy fish fillet, served with tartar sauce and roasted potatoes; USA: Double Cheeseburger with Fries and Ketchup, stacked with two layers of beef patties; Germany: German Pork Knuckle with Bacon and Mashed Potatoes, featuring crispy German pork knuckle served with bacon and mashed potatoes; Japan: Teriyaki Chicken Burger with Seaweed Salad, tender chicken that melts in your mouth, paired with a refreshing seaweed salad.
Each burger set is NTD 280 (plus 10% service charge). Additionally, there are European-style snacks: crispy fish fillets with fries and garden salad, chef’s seafood platter with lemon tomato sauce, sandwich pizza, allowing you to enjoy international classic flavors.
For ladies aiming to maintain a slim figure, there are also various appetizer salads, vitality salads, and chef’s soups to accompany your colorful evening, each starting from NT$100+10%.
