The Pizza House uses a wood-fired oven with Acacia wood, where chefs hand-stretch the dough to bake a variety of pizzas, including chef-designed creative options that blend local flavors.
The Smoked Duck, Garlic Sprout & Bacon Pizza features premium smoked cherry duck from Yilan, paired with garlic sprouts for added flavor—a classic fusion of Taiwanese and Italian tastes. The Chef’s Langoustine, Scallop & Smoked Salmon Pizza boasts firm langoustine meat, along with sweet scallops, squid, and tender, smoky salmon, making it a seafood lover’s dream wood-fired pizza.
