Limited Time Only | Kyoto Ramen Specialty Shop Honke Daiichi Asahi Opens 1/10

Honke Daiichi Asahi, a well-known Kyoto ramen shop that made an appearance at the Kyoto Food Exhibition at Taipei Pacific SOGO Department Store’s Zhongxiao branch, is now setting up a limited-time store in Taiwan. The opening will take place on January 10th at B1, No. 1, Qingcheng Street. While it’s not a permanent location, the chance to enjoy the ramen without boarding a plane during this period is sure to excite ramen enthusiasts.

The first branch of Asahi Ramen in Kyoto Station is a legendary ramen shop that operates from 5 AM to 2 AM the next day. Its broth is made with Fushimi raw soy sauce and pork bone, resulting in a refreshing flavor.
