Located in Nanzhuang, Miaoli, there lies a dreamy garden hideaway that girls fantasize about—“Shan Fu Rong Coffee,” which has been around since 1996 and is regarded as the trailblazer among mountain-view cafés. The café is transformed into a European-style garden with various kinds of plants.The owner, Ms. Weng, shares that the garden is planted with different flowers in all four seasons, so no matter when you come, you’ll see a profusion of seasonal blooms in full swing, bringing joy to every girl and making it hard to put the camera down.

▲ Upon entering the garden, you’ll first spot a scenic pond—quiet and serene.

As you step into the garden, a large scenic pond greets you, accompanied by garden-style landscaping. The pathways are lined with a variety of flowers, and venturing down the small paths feels like stepping into a magical forest. On the right-hand side is the light blue wooden house that serves as the main café, resembling a fairytale candy house—so dreamy it feels unreal.

The menu includes light meals such as sandwiches, pancakes, and beverages. Though the garden isn’t huge, the space is thoughtfully divided into sections, offering a delightful sense of discovery as you wander—each corner is incredibly photogenic!

The entire garden is divided into four zones: three indoor seating areas and one outdoor area. Large glass windows on both sides let in plenty of sunlight, and on sunny days, rays pour in to brighten up the interior. Soft ambient lighting adds a cozy touch. Find your favorite nook, admire the garden views outside, and you could easily spend the whole afternoon here!

Another section features a building made of red bricks, decorated inside with calligraphy works, giving off a strong traditional Chinese vibe. The exterior is covered in creeping vines, resembling a mysterious forest cottage that tempts you to explore further.

Strolling through the garden, imagine transforming into a flower sprite, dancing with butterflies and dragonflies, wandering this European-style botanical haven to recharge your energy. Everywhere in the garden reflects the owner’s meticulous care.
