This package combines advanced health screenings, hot spring wellness treatments, and visits to famous attractions. Taiwan boasts abundant healthcare resources, with significant advantages in reception standards, equipment quality, professional expertise, and even pricing. Yan Ziqin, General Manager of Leofoo International Medical Service Center, stated that the itinerary offers round-trip airport-hotel transfers and taxi vouchers for getting around various points of interest during independent travel. The itinerary is expected to go on sale in April. The 3-day, 2-night Taiwan health check-up tour starts at just over TWD 27,000, targeting middle- to high-income customers who are often concerned about cardiovascular health, as well as younger travelers looking to pamper themselves. The package combines advanced health screenings, hot spring wellness meals, sightseeing, luxury hotel stays, and even high-end spa treatments. The hospital has specially priced the health screening for this itinerary at around TWD 19,000. A comparable health screening in Hong Kong would cost TWD 41,360. Additionally, Taiwan uses high-end CT256 scanners, making medical tourism another growing trend for independent travelers from Hong Kong and Macau. Starting in April, travelers from these regions can inquire about and purchase the package through local travel agencies or check the EVA Holidays Taiwan website when it becomes available.
