Located on the 3rd floor of Grand Hyatt Macau, mezza9 Macau is inspired by the renowned mezza9 at Grand Hyatt Singapore. It offers a diverse selection of international cuisines, living up to its name with nine unique dining experiences. These include appetizers, authentic Macanese-Portuguese dishes, sushi and sashimi, steamed dim sum, Asian stir-fries, Western barbecue, delicious desserts, a bar, and a wine cellar—all prepared to order so guests can witness the chefs' masterful skills firsthand.

Moreover, mezza9 Macau boasts a spacious layout, designed by Japanese interior design firm SuperPotato. Nearly 300 seats are interspersed with dark rock features on counters and walls, paired with striking yellow lighting and screens to create a trendy atmosphere. Notably, the surrounding walls display an array of vacuum-sealed glass jars filled with dried goods and fruits, along with various international spices and seasonings used as part of the decor—highlighting the wide range of premium ingredients used at mezza9.
