The “Taibao Organic Farming Area,” situated along the High-Speed Rail Boulevard in Chiayi, has been covered in vibrant flower fields in preparation for the“Taibao City Flower Sea Festival”on January 22, creating a dazzling display that has left passersby in awe and drawn many tourists to come and enjoy the scenery and take pictures.

Every year after the harvest of the second rice crop, local farmers plant rapeseed and cosmos seeds subsidized by the agricultural association, resulting not only in stunning floral landscapes but also producing green manure that nourishes the first rice crop.
