Haruka is the fastest way to get from Kansai Airport to downtown Osaka, taking less than 35 minutes to reach Tennoji Station. A direct ride to Shin-Osaka Station takes just 50 minutes. The train’s final stop is JR Kyoto Station, so it’s also a good option for those heading to Kyoto.

Passengers can purchase Haruka tickets at the JR ticket counter at Kansai Airport, with options for one-way or round-trip tickets. For those looking to save on transportation costs, the "JR Kanku Rapid Train" is another option. Though it takes longer, it is cheaper, and passengers can depart earlier to make a final shopping stop at the nearby Rinku Premium Outlets, which is just one stop away.

3. Nankai Electric Railway — Suitable for travelers staying around Namba, Shinsaibashi, Dotonbori, or Nihonbashi Stations
Nankai Electric Railway mainly operates three types of trains, including the Rapit Limited Express, which offers all reserved seating and takes just 40 minutes from Kansai Airport to its final stop, Namba Station.

Travelers can also choose the Airport Line or the Nankai Main Line’s Airport Express or Local Trains. The prices are the same, but the Airport Express is faster, reaching Namba Station in about 50 minutes from Kansai Airport.
