For Apple fans, Steve Jobs is regarded as a god-like spiritual leader. Even though he passed away two years ago, his charismatic presence during product launches remains vivid in the hearts of his followers. Nowadays, besides cherishing memories through Apple products, the childhood home of Steve Jobs in California, USA, has been voted by the Los Altos Historical Commission to be listed as a "historic asset" and is now under local government protection, becoming an eternal spiritual landmark for Apple enthusiasts.

The story every Apple fan has heard is how Jobs built the world’s first Apple computer in his own garage. This unremarkable ordinary residence at 2066 Crist Drive is not only the starting point of Jobs’ career but also the origin of today’s Apple empire and a series of revolutionary products—including the iMac, iPod, iPhone, iPad—that transformed six major industries: personal computing, film animation, music, mobile phones, desktop computers, and digital publishing.
Jobs spent his 7th to 12th grade years here and, in 1976, along with Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak, assembled the world’s first batch of 50 “Apple 1” computers in the garage, selling each for $500 to local computer dealers. Nine months later, Apple Computer was officially established, and Jobs then relocated the company to nearby Cupertino.
