The Grand Hyatt Taipei’s 10-Meter Christmas Tree Lighting Kicks Off a Dazzling Holiday Feast

To celebrate the Christmas holiday, the Park Avenue Restaurant offers luxurious gourmet dishes. Executive Chef Chen Mengfeng, specializing in premium European cuisine, presents the “Glorious Christmas Feast” on the evenings of December 24 and 25. There are two price options: NT$3,600 and NT$4,200, depending on the main course. The lavish menu includes dishes such as “Warm Scottish Salmon Cured in Whisky with Premium Caviar” and “Grilled Scallops with Black Truffle and Pumpkin Sauce.” Main courses can be chosen from options like “American Wagyu Beef Tenderloin” or “Christmas Turkey” for both seafood and meat lovers.

 

The newly launched Ziga Zaga, combining culinary flair with an entertainment space, presents a modern Christmas feast on December 24 and 25. Priced at NT$2,200 per set, Executive Sous Chef Chen Mingfeng has carefully curated a selection of Italian Christmas dishes. Starter highlights include “Seared Yellowfin Tuna with Olive Sauce” and “Raw American Beef Tartare with Quail Egg.” Main courses can be selected from “Traditional Roast Turkey Roll with Special Sauce” or “Poached Smoked Salmon Fillet with Clam Soup.” These exquisite and delightful dishes promise a memorable gastronomic experience.

On Christmas Eve, December 24, Cheers offers a festive holiday meal during lunch and dinner, priced at NT$1,680 per set. The chef has carefully selected premium seafood and meat ingredients, including imported tender cod, scallops, and crab meat, presenting a rich variety of Christmas delicacies. Paired with delightful desserts and a cozy dining environment, it creates a uniquely festive atmosphere.

 

The chefs at Café at Hyatt have created a warm holiday ambiance, offering an all-you-can-eat Christmas buffet from 7:00 PM on December 24 and during lunch and dinner on December 25, at NT$1,500 per person. On the evening of December 24, two additional seatings are available for guests to gather and celebrate. The chef serves generous portions of “Traditional Roast Turkey” and classic holiday desserts such as “Italian Panettone” and “German Christstollen.” With nearly 100 dishes to choose from, the buffet adds a rich festive flavor and delicious highlights to the Christmas season.

 

The “Grand Hyatt Boutique” located on the first-floor lobby is offering a range of Christmas pastries and seasonal gifts from now until December 31. Selections include Christmas chocolate gift boxes, hazelnut chocolate bars, cinnamon star cookies, Christmas gingerbread houses, and traditional stollen, priced between NT$140 and NT$980. Customers can also customize their favorite Christmas gifts and have them packaged into unique, exquisitely wrapped boxes. In addition, the Grand Hyatt Taipei is offering take-away gift baskets featuring butter-roasted turkey and Virginia ham, priced at NT$3,900 and NT$4,900 respectively, which can serve six to eight people. Reservations made at least 72 hours in advance ensure you can easily enjoy these sumptuous and luxurious holiday meals.

 

In addition, the Grand Hyatt Taipei is also launching a charitable donation campaign during the Christmas season. From now until December 31, donation envelopes will be placed in hotel rooms and restaurants, and a donation box will be set up at the lobby counter. Guests, diners, and all hotel staff are invited to join forces to raise funds for Taiwan’s “Rare Disease Foundation.” The proceeds will support families of patients with rare diseases, providing them with more care and assistance.
