The little yellow duck is taking on the blue sperm whale again. Debuting simultaneously in Keelung and Kaohsiung on 12/21

The little yellow duck, which has been a hit since this year’s Mid-Autumn Festival, traveled from Kaohsiung up to Taoyuan and finally to its last stop, Keelung. The exhibition in Keelung will run starting December 21, with a total of six weeks of splashing fun. Organizers have also partnered with 500 local businesses to launch the Little Yellow Duck Travel Passport early, offering nearly NT$10,000 worth of perks, along with information on Keelung’s food and attractions, allowing passport holders to explore the city with ease.

 

The “Paper Windmill Taiwan Animals and Insects Creative Exhibition,” which launched in October at Youth Park with the world’s largest “sperm whale-themed pavilion”—nearly 70 meters long, about the size of five basketball courts—quickly captured public attention, attracting over 200,000 visitors. It will also be exhibited from December 21 to January 12, 2014, at the Gangshan Cultural Center in Kaohsiung. Additionally, the exhibition offers discounts for Kaohsiung residents: NT$200 on weekends and NT$150 on weekdays. There is also a special Kaohsiung MRT ticket package, including round-trip MRT tickets and entry, with early bird prices from November 30 to December 17: NT$250 on weekends and NT$200 on weekdays.
