The challenging Mount Kinabalu Climbathon
The challenging Mount Kinabalu Climbathon is one of the most grueling mountain races in the world and the 9th edition of the SkyRunners World Series Circuit series. This event is known as "the world's toughest mountain race." While ordinary hikers may take two days to reach the summit, participants in this race must climb to the top and descend in under three hours, testing their physical limits and endurance.
This year’s event will officially take place on October 18–19. The organizers warmly invite top athletes from across Taiwan to scale Mount Kinabalu, a UNESCO World Natural Heritage site at an altitude of 4,095 meters. Over the 21-kilometer course, participants will encounter a mix of asphalt roads, forest trails, and rocky paths. They must not only cope with high altitude and changes in air pressure but also possess outstanding physical stamina. If you enjoy challenging yourself and exploring your potential, the Mount Kinabalu Climbathon is your best choice for an ultimate adventure.

All donations will go towards the charitable activities of relevant organizations.

2014 Standard Chartered Kuala Lumpur Marathon
The internationally renowned and most important marathon event in Malaysia—the Standard Chartered Kuala Lumpur Marathon—will kick off energetically at 4:30 a.m. on October 12 from Merdeka Square in Kuala Lumpur. Running near the equator at 3 degrees north latitude, in the early morning light, you’ll pass by famous Malaysian landmarks such as the Petronas Twin Towers and the Istana Negara (Malaysian Royal Palace). It’s undoubtedly an excellent event that combines sightseeing with sports.

2014 Honolulu Marathon in Hawaii
The Honolulu Marathon in Hawaii was first held in 1973 and has been running for over 40 years. Taking place every December, it lets you enjoy the swaying coconut palms along Hawaii’s coastline. There’s no limit on the number of participants, and no official race cut-off time, so you can run at your own pace and fully enjoy the experience. And there’s even a warm Hawaiian donut waiting for you at the finish line!
The route starts on Ala Moana Boulevard. "Ala Moana" means "path along the coast" in Hawaiian. After setting off westward toward downtown Honolulu, the course loops back to Ala Moana Boulevard, then heads east through Waikiki and Diamond Head, along Maunalua Bay, before turning back at Hawaii Kai and finishing at Kapiolani Park in Waikiki. For the most part, the route—aside from two hills—is flat and straight, spanning approximately 42 kilometers.
