Travel Center / Comprehensive Report
In recent years, Taiwan has seen a surge in the number of dessert shops. Many owner-chefs have trained in France and returned to Taiwan. Aside from physical stores, some started with online sales, but what they all share is bringing delicious desserts to everyone. Beyond being tasty, some are simply stunning. ETtoday EBC News Cloud has compiled a list of three dessert shops whose desserts look like works of art—so beautiful you’ll hesitate to take a bite.

Cream Tea
The wildly popular rose lemon tart online comes from a studio in Xitun District, Taichung City. Beyond its eye-catching appearance, the filling is equally impressive. Made with organic, pesticide-free citrus lemons selected by Zolante, these lemons are more fragrant than other varieties—so when made into a lemon tart, the box opens to the fresh scent of citrus. Cream Tea currently operates as a studio, taking only online pre-orders with no in-person sales.
