Among them, in Switzerland, there is a die-hard Lord of the Rings fan named Bernd Greisinger who has opened the world’s first museum dedicated to J.R.R. Tolkien’s fantasy novel The Lord of the Rings, showcasing a vast collection of items related to "Middle-earth" from both the books and movies.

This private museum is located in the small town of Jenins, south of Zurich, covering an area of about 1,000 square meters with 11 exhibition rooms that present different scenes from the novels. It houses nearly 3,500 books and 600 pieces of artwork. The museum entrance is designed in the style of a hobbit house—visitors must bend down to enter the approximately 1.5-meter-high hobbit hole.
