After accompanying everyone for 12 years, Taipei Story House will temporarily close its lights starting March 9th for phased heritage inspections. To give the public a chance to take photos before the closure, Taipei Story House will be open free of charge from now until March 8th, allowing everyone to leave with beautiful spring memories.

The Taipei City Cultural Affairs Bureau stated that since 2003, Chen Kuo-tzu has adopted Taipei Story House, making it the first case in Taiwan where an individual adopted a public heritage site. In April this year, the contract between Taipei City Government and Chen Kuo-tzu for the operation of the heritage site will expire, and Taipei Story House will be returned to the Taipei City Government to seek a new custodian.
