New choice for burger lovers: The popular California-style CaliBurger hits Taiwan

Fans of American-style burgers have a new option to try out—the California-flavored CaliBurger from the U.S. has opened a branch in Taipei’s East District. The sign has already gone up quietly, and it’s expected to officially open for business in mid-April.

CaliBurger goes all-in on the American California vibe. It currently has branches in the U.S., Germany, Hong Kong, China, the Philippines, and Malaysia, and its Taipei branch is also set to open in mid-April. The menu features meals made with fresh ingredients of the day, and its freshly cut and fried fries are especially loved by foodies. Even before opening, it’s being hyped as “Taiwan’s best burger,” aiming to storm Taiwan’s American burger market with its bold California style.
