The world’s first lemur park showcasing fascinating animal ecology

Situated 25 kilometers from Madagascar’s capital, Antananarivo, Lemurs Park promotes Madagascar’s unique lemur species and reintroduces them to nature, allowing them to live in their original habitats. This ‘zoo’ is subsidized by the national Ministry of Environment, and Lemurs Park is dedicated to creating an environment where both locals and visitors can enjoy themselves.

Established in 1995, Lemurs Park is home to nine species of diurnal and nocturnal lemurs within its enclosed area. Guests can leisurely stroll through the 5-hectare botanical garden while observing and getting close to lemurs, Madagascar’s most representative animals.
