In 2008, in Bruges, Belgium, there opened the world’s one and only French Fry Museum, showcasing the life of fries and the history of potatoes, giving visitors a deeper understanding of the world’s most popular snack while making their mouths water.

The Belgian French Fry Museum is located in the Saaihalle, one of the oldest medieval buildings, spanning two floors in total. Naturally, the space is dominated by the golden yellow color of fries, with the exhibition area divided into three major sections: introducing the history of potatoes, the history of French fries, and a tempting snack and fries sample area. The museum employs a variety of display methods, including text, photos, cartoons, and paintings, mainly telling visitors the history and knowledge about the world’s favorite snack.
