SNOOPY-themed hotel, new attraction, café, and merchandise all in one place

Japan’s first SNOOPY-themed hotel, “PEANUTS HOTEL,” will officially open in Kobe in the summer of 2018. The hotel draws inspiration from Kobe’s diverse international flair, echoing the atmosphere of the American West Coast—the hometown of the creator of SNOOPY—and features a retro and elegant design with mid-century furniture, presented with modern Japanese details.

Continuing the cheerful SNOOPY atmosphere, the classic-style building is filled with characters from the Peanuts comic strip. The hotel has a total of 18 rooms, all furnished with 1950s mid-century style pieces, blended with refined modern Japanese aesthetics to create a vintage yet fresh vibe.

In addition,the first floor of the hotel will also house a “PEANUTS Café,” which is currently a very popular restaurant in Nakameguro, Tokyo.Visitors to the hotel can not only stay overnight but also dine on the first floor or purchase themed merchandise, making it a must-visit specialty hotel for SNOOPY fans.

The PEANUTS Dinner in Yokohama is also a restaurant that fans shouldn’t miss, offering not only meals but also themed merchandise. Additionally, the SNOOPY Museum in Tokyo will only be open until September 2018, so SNOOPY fans should seize the opportunity to visit and even plan a SNOOPY-themed sightseeing trip.
