Vladivostok is located at the border of China, Russia, and South Korea and is an important port city in Russia. Historically, the Vladivostok harbor originally belonged to China but was occupied by Russia during the Qing Dynasty when the empire was weakening. Today, Vladivostok has transformed into a city rich in European charm, often referred to as the “San Francisco of Russia.” In recent years, Russia has actively developed the city, seeing the establishment of numerous new casinos and hotels. Among them, the Tigre De Crystal (Crystal Tiger Palace), invested in by Taiwan’s Wofon Group, is also set to open in November.
